Day 1 - Safely and successfully arrived at Heilongjiang!

Team A1 arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport and were preparing for the next flight.

Team A2 arrived at the Nanjing Lukou International Airport and took their luggage together before preparing for the next flight.

After the preparation and pre-trip events (most of us worked non-stop for the whole of December), we finally started our Heilongjiang Challenge. We separated into two teams to take the plane. For the first team (A1), there were a group of 13 participants including two accompanying teacher’s assistants who gathered at the airport at 7 am and got ready for their flight at 9:35 am. For the second team (A2), the rest of the 36 challengers including Mr. Julian gathered at the airport at 9 am and got ready for their flight at 11:20 a.m.

After more than two hours of flying, team A1 arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport and team A2 arrived at Nanjing Lukou International Airport. Because of the tight schedule, we went to take our luggage and rushed to the boarding gate directly.

Finally, we all reached the Harbin Taiping International Airport and made our way to the dormitory at 9 pm. Our challenge began and we are looking forward to visiting Heilongjiang and experiencing many first times!
