Day 5 - Reunification of HLJ Participants
7th January, 2018 Sunday
A teacher was delivering his speech.
After arriving at the Jiuzhan, we played various group games on the very thick ice, including numberballs, dodge balls, big fish, etc. The safety officer can efficiently protect our classmates and provide enough space for us to play. During the funny time, our teacher also participated and taught us to play games, the atmosphere is very happy.The teacher also photographed us everywhere to leave precious memories.
A photo was taken after the challengers finished the games.
The challengers were enjoy visiting the Saint Sophia Cathedral.
Saint Sophia Cathedral
After playing team games in the Songhua River of Harbin Jiuzhan, we immediately went to the Saint Sophia Cathedral in order to have a challenge of taking a group photo within 10 minutes. Finally, we were successful to finish the little challenge.
The challengers were very attentive on what the guide was saying.
Visit Harbin Engineering University Maritime Museum
After that, we visited the ship museum in Harbin Engineering University. In the museum, we got to know the history of China's ship development, including the cargo ships, submarines, and China's first aircraft carrier.
Re-grouping with ISS member
After visiting the museum, we met the students who completed the International Collegiate snow sculpture contest. They shared their unique experience of building a snow sculpture with us and joined us for the rest of our trip in Heilongjiang.
The ISS members were sharing their feeling after the competition.

Upon the completion, participants are able to have a better understanding of Harbin's culture, share upon the basic requirements like clothing, food, accommodation and transportation of life in Hong Kong and share and exchange their real-life experiences of joining different activities amongst buddy groups.
